In my offer letter fixed +epf+gratuity is 28LPA however when i look in Successfactor> My employee file > compensation its only showing the fixed part .

2) also I am able to see my GCB band ,but not the designation AVP where can i find that.

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary
