In Pwc india, is the variable pay paid on top of fixed salary or basic pay?

Lets say if i have 22lpq fixed ctc, 25% variable pay is on top of 22 or only on basic pay? In total reward statement i see its applied on whole ctc. Also how much percentage we can expect if 22 is fixed

Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.
