Looking for a job in PMO role please help
Hi fishes
Can anyone give me a referral?
Thanks!
What are all the rounds of interviews in Deloitte USI? I had going through Technical and HR. Was expecting there would be some salary discussion during HR round, but wasn't any. Although they took my current CTC structure. I was told Talent team deals with salary and not the manager who contacted the HR round. Can someone please let me know what can I expect further? As a rule, only interview for roles you ready to accept. If you don't find the role interesting and won't accept it if offered, better to get out of consideration. Let them know they you are considering something else at this time.
I disagree with this rule. Loads of reasons to interview for roles you might not accept - often you can’t even make a good assessment of the position / team / package until you interview. Do the final round even if it’s just for practice!

You should still take the final round interview. It will be good practice and you might be able to leverage an offer from that company to accelerate the recruitment process for your other job interviews.

If the comp is the only hesitation, I would proceed to final round for 3 main reasons.
1. How do you know comp won't be in your range? I have a friend who negotiated hard and got the company to go outside of their range (it was a director role, don't think you'd have the leverage at an individual contributor level)
2. An offer in hand from one company can help you negotiate with others.
3. You don't know what the future might look like. They could come back with an offer that you actually like. The others could come back with terrible offers or no offers at all. You could lose your job in the interim (hopefully not) and have a different set of criteria for evaluating the offer.
Thank you! This is super helpful!
