Indian HRs are the worst. They offer senior roles with peanuts for salary or just interview for headcount. I’ve cleared 3 technical rounds at 3 different companies, and now HR won't even pick up the phone. Then there’s Deloitte—a recruiter calls me every 2 months just to check my LWD, promises a callback in 2 days, and then ghosts. And, If you mention you have a 60-90 day notice period, you don't even exist to them. Anyone else dealing with this circus?

5th year looking for gauge likely meta comp. Recruiter told me 175k-200k base + bonus and equity. Just wondering what would push me towards the higher base

Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?

Accenture and Deloitte HR is not responding. Frequent interviews are scheduled and cancelled stating official reasons.

I’m interviewing for a start up and the role sounds interesting. Usually for the “test” part of the interview I’ve had to analyze data. This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.

Is this a lot for an interview?

I’m a little afraid of doing all this work to then just have them take my ideas and not hire me.

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!
