Infosys has started cutting variable pay for those who are doing wfh and not following atleast 10 days wfo mandate.

I have incured loss of pay, leaves deduction for wfh i already mentioned to manager for personal reasons and already gotten manager approval.

Now that manager has left and the hr is relunctant as I'm on a high paying project and my manager does not update the HSBC India client, she has sent me some escalations mail.

Are they looking for a way to lay me off?
Can I do something?

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? I’ve been leading a massive project by myself for the last year almost and my boss torpedoed my last round of meetings: “oh we don’t need to socialize this, I’ve been doing it, let’s just kick it off.” Okay. So turns out, no one fucking knew and now because we had one meeting instead of two, the people we met with aren’t even the ones doing the work, and they’re not telling the ones who are supposed to do the work about it. When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.
