Insurance question. I'm out of state now. Parents' home got hit by Ian. Roof was damaged significantly. The ins adjuster told them he'd recommend a new roof based on the damage, but the scope of loss came back for just a patch repair. The roofer my parents are using told us the tile is discontinued, and he's not sure he can do the repairs because he may not be able to get the tiles from a boneyard. Thinking to demand appraisal. Thoughts?

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. I, also, have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration. I use EPIC at work everyday and I am interested in working as an EPIC analyst. I have applied at my facility numerous times for these positions with no luck. I’ve received a full time job offer from a company I have worked for remotely for the last 2 years (only traveling for productions), the only catch is I would have to move my life from a nice city with a lot of nature and outdoor opportunities to a large metropolitan city. I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
