I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.

After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy

Can someone please explain what is “SUPPLEMENTARY allowance” in my payslip??? It is the highest in my entire payslip, more than basic salary. Basic is lets say ₹7 lac annually and supplementary bonus is ₹7 lac 40 thousand.
Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???

It depends on your client. For current project for which they hired you might be permanent wfh but once this project gets completed or project shutdown etc then they will pitch you to new clients then WFH/WFO - everything depends on clients requirements.
Make sure you get this in writing...I rejected Deloitte for Capgemini since at that time Deloitte did not have office in Kolkata...now Deloitte has opened in Kolkata and Capgemini is calling back to office....so make sure you get it in writing

As much I know, PWC / EY / Deloitte all these firms are working in hybrid model, calling their employees back, permanent remote is not given anymore. 😇
This will vary based on the projects. Even if they give in writing it's correct as long as you are in the projects where wfh is available you can continue. Once the project completed you might need to find new project where it is wfh. If you get it, it will be good. There will be good chances of getting wfh in future too as this is going to be the trend and some or more project will start to fall in this category sooner.
Unfortunately if we don't get wfh project then either we need to report to office or switch to another company.
my wife is working permanently remote with the same joining location as banglore..should be fine..just the work pressure is on higher side
