I’m thinking about buying a new office chair with the $600 from Trump. The Herman Miller Aeron seems to get brought up often here. What about the Steelcase Gesture? Wirecutter ranks the Gesture better than the Aeron. Also, do you buy without ever sitting on? I’ve always gone to Office Max and tried chairs out before buying. Thanks!

Dyslexia! After having our kindergartener son tested (privately) related to ADHD, we were told he may have dyslexia too (which would explain why he struggles so much with phonics but is amazing at sight words). He has a very high IQ. As a voracious reader, I am finding myself unexpectedly distraught that something that I have loved so much will be such a struggle for him, and worrying that it will affect his motivation and may steer him away from things he may otherwise love.

Bought a condo and was informed by the existing tenant that the bedroom window in the winter collects way above normal amount of condensation to the point that the floor beneath the window is soaked. I’m doing a class sign up via a form auto workflow from Microsoft form to excel. In my excel workbook, I want to auto update a separate sheet with the classes folks opt to sign up for. How do I create a lookup for if x text in one cell is true (ie name of the course), then it gives the name of the person in a separate column. Is this an index match match? And can I do this as data is continually coming in?

Received an offer from EY (entry level role- enterprise risk). Starting salary 78k + 3k signing bonus. Is it even worth it to try negotiating salary/bonus for an entry level position? If yes, how should I go about doing so? I do have to move and the area is a lot more expensive.

I came across this company called 'My Consultation Offer' which takes expertise in training you for the above and have a 85% success rate. The package for interview prep, Bootcamp and case study prep is $3497. Should I take it? Don't wanna spend ages on youtube looking at wrong content and wasting time.
