I’m a Project Manager making 90k. Recently, I helped a few friends get hired into the company I work for and they were both started at 10-15k higher than I am currently. One has a few more years of experience but the rest have the same level of experience as I do - in fact, we come from similar backgrounds in terms of roles and companies. Should I bring this up with my boss during pay raise discussions? I feel it’s unfair that people are being brought in at a much higher amount.
