I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. I don’t want to fall between two chairs for not taking this offer and then not getting any from other companies. What should I do? Best strategy?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. What can I read for a Cloud Migration Consultant - AI/ML role as my 1st round of interview is scheduled.
I have 0 knowledge in Cloud and System Design and these 2 are also a key component to test in RRK.
When I asked recruiter that I do not have any knowledge he replied with then you would not be asses on these areas but rather on ML and Project Management.
What I am doubtful is how they can comprise with requirements?

Got hired as a digital strategy consultant. I have over 10 years of industry experience but I’m new to consulting. What courses, workshops or books would you recommend to build a solid toolkit?

Student loans question: my sister has $100K in loans. She has $15-20K sitting in her bank account. The question that I’d like your guys’ input on is whether she should reduce her principal (and thereby total interest payments) by paying down debt lump sum ASAP or is she better off chipping away where certain months she adds on $500-$1000 to her fixed payment? She wants the flexibility of having a rainy day fund but also wants to payoff debt ASAP. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Jokes aside, I was super insecure about the fact that I didn’t make it to MBB and ended up at D. Seeing fishbowl and how *even* MBB folks share a lot of similar struggles is great for perspective and has helped my self esteem issues a lot.
