Followed up with HR, HR told me it’s been slow getting corporate feedbacks ( CEO). Followed up with CEO, he told me to check status with recruiter. But they just refreshed the post about the job yesterday on various site- means they passed on me ?? I thought the interview went very well. :(

Just received my first offer today for an SDR role and I’m trying to grind to the top of these tech sales positions. I’m in Atlanta and my OTE is 60,000. Where should I be looking to get near the 6 figure range starting out? I graduated from the University of Michigan Business school and I have two years 2 tech experience, if that helps. Thank you!

In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. I got a job offer but it's 3k less than the low end of my happy range. But there will be a review in 6 months with the potential for a raise. I'd rather start at the low end of range. What is the best way to ask for that??

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc).
