Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!

How hard is it to get an interview for SWE at FAANG outside of on campus recruiting? I’m in GT’s OMSCS program right now, hoping to take advantage of career fairs this fall, but I don’t know if I’ll have enough time to prepare for the technical interviews before then. I’ve been asked by a client to coach their team on how to structure and write scripts for their corporate event content (e.g. panel discussions). I’ve happily had a crack at helping them but it’s a bit out of my wheelhouse - is this ask something that would ordinarily be given to an agency copywriter? Or would it usually be something a content or speech writer would do?

How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately.
