McKinsey & Company Interviewing at McKinsey & Company and potentially Boston Consulting Group. Can anyone share compensation offers for both at the Associate level?

PDM specialist at 96k. I have an option to select PDM Specialist 2 or PDM Manager for my promotion with the PPMD. Which one is advisable to prefer Pay wise? I am thinking to take PDM 2 to increase my base pay for the manager.

I am currently in staff 3 and will be promoted to senior post October.


Currently I am in the lower side of package 5.5 LPA So, can I expect more hike as i am alredy in the lower packege?

Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Should I start by building a network in my home country and ask them if they can put me in touch with someone in my target location?
