This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?

I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.

It varies based on whom you are chief of staffing. CoS to CEO and COO fetch a good base. But I have honestly never seen a chief of staff for a CHRO role. Can you find salaries for VP, Director level roles in the company that’s back office (IT, Legal, HR etc.). That would be a good benchmark to get close to.
The salaries vary widely because the roles and the talent hired for those roles vary widely.
If you have something like 5 YOE, I think 250 is reasonable.
Then that is much lower than I would seek out
I don't think you could go much higher than 250 base. From what I have seen, CoS role for CEO-1 level would be a Senior Director level, which could be around 250-275 base plus 25-35% bonus incentive, depending on years of experience and tenure with the company. Tenure with firm probably more important than years of experience
