Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I’d say I’m not ready to make a move at the moment, thank her for the opportunity and make sure you keep that door open. Recruiters always come back, it’s also part of their job to get rejected by candidates.
Pro
Is the agency’s reputation problem:
A) meh work
B) toxic, bad work environment hours
A: even the coolest brands run banner ads, offer/price type stuff and other below the line work. If the agency has a brand that does cool work, but they aren’t the above the line aor that all the cool work comes from, then working on a cool brand may be a moot point
B: evaluate your goals, priorities, options, and what stage of your life you’re in. If you’re in a place where you want to do work that gets recognized, this is your only opportunity to do so, and your personal life can afford you working long hours for a few years, it may be worthwhile. But try to capitalize so that you have more options next time you’re looking
Just thank them for their help and interest, and then let them know you've decided to pursue a different opportunity. Happens all the time.
