Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work. People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work? My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. The worst part is that I’ve been working from home bc of Covid and I’m literally just walking upstairs after giving hugs and kisses and saying see you soon 800 times. My spouse is a stay at home parent, but that doesn’t seem to matter to my son. A piece of me dies everyday because of this.

Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Struggling with a friendship that has become toxic & fills me with anxiety. various factors have caused us to drift but it feels like nothing I say or do now is right. When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

What company is at the top of your product wishlist for working? I'd love to work at Slack or at Notion. Both have great reputations and Slack especially is supposed to be an ideal place for PM's.
