Our Philadelphia-area boutique firm whose practice works exclusively with nonprofits and charities is hiring due to growth. Tax is the basis of Exempt Org work. That is why I am posting here. Great practice working to further charitable missions of our clients. Good WLB (1300 hour billable requirement). Opportunity for the right person to work remotely. Finally left TCS last week and feel the most happiest person ever.TCS was my 4th organisation and I had joined TCS to settle for long term but after 1 year I realised this is the worst organisation one can be with.No first year hike for laterals, no support provided to hard working dedicated employees, only support and leaves are gifted to employees who do nothing and know nothing except dodging work and getting escalations from clients.Forced wfo, forced completion of useless trainings etc.
Kindly recommend some self help books!

Fake it til you make it. Good luck
Also, from professional experience you know what makes a good manager and likely what makes a bad manager. Use that to form your answers. If you manage people the way you want to be managed, you’ll likely be fantastic at it!
What is the role? Some AD positions don’t even manage people or small groups <3 people. Don’t sweat it unless you feel really unqualified.
Think about how you manage friends, family. Good managers will see their team on the same level.
I don't get it. Are you a Sup? Surely you've coached Assistants and Planners?
Zenith, pretty sure this is for creative which has a different managerial process than media. Many times JRs and Mid-Level are managed by a GCD or an ECD. That 3rd level can go without managing someone directly because the GCD or ECD is basically everyone’s boss.
I got to ACD without ever having presented to a client. You'll figure it out. Stay humble.
Well in that case they have probably had to babysit and that is more valuable than managing at most ad agencies
