Interviewing for an L4 Ops role at Amazon / final round. Just had my prep call with the recruiter to go through the logistics of the day and she seemed to go out of her way to help me prepare for the interview. Highlighting the team culture, principles to be asked about, and what sort of questions to expect. She even mentioned being open to connect again before the super day. Is this normal or am I reading too much into it? Context, this is my second role that I am interviewing for with her.

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?
