Is the rug being pulled out from under S&O?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Nope. Don’t bring it up with partner.
This factor should have been a filtering criteria at recruiter level. The fact that you have come this far in interview process that means PWC is ok with sponsorship.
Talk to the HR rep, not the partner
I’d personally leave that out until negotiating offer. Better safe than sorry.
no
No because half of them wouldn’t know
Ok. But the answer is still exactly the same - talk to the HR rep, not the partner
Ask for this once u get a offer. If they like u they can make it an exception
TALK TO HR. Sorry for yelling.
HR will be able to shoot you straight. You do not want to go through the stress of making it through interviews and then they find out you need to be sponsored. The people that want to hire you don’t decide if you can be sponsored. It’s an org decision and HR is the appropriate communicator.
Apologies if the information was confusing. They know I need to be sponsored and are willing to do so for my H1B
I wanted to know if I can push for GC/other options on paper incase i have visa issues here later
I'd still ask HR. I bet you're interviewing with Deloitte. OP am I correct?
S2 - Haha no it’s not Deloitte!
Thank you guys. The firm is EY bdw, any idea on how their HR policies are and if i can negotiate relocation early on during signing if visa issues pop up in future?
