After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Salary will depend on a lot but probably between $175k and $205k. Definitely not a junior role
It's weird that they're offering you a senior consultant role with business title as engagement manager. On my team, the two roles are similar and we often give one or the other based off years of experience or an impressive interview series. However, we're very clear that they are two different "grades" (iqvia speak for level).
I would ask them about the distinction and why they are distinguishing between the two, as both are common titles at IQVIA. I would try and push back and say that you applied for an engagement manager role because that's what you're qualified for, and that's that title and grade that you want.
As long as you ask for a salary somewhere between the $135k-200k that I mentioned in the other comment, you should be good. I would go for somewhere in the middle, as I agree with the other commenter that an IT EM in Canada would get less than a strategy EM in NYC.
Engagement Manager in the US has a large salary band. Between $135-$200 depending on what type of role/team it is.
9 years experience is about right for an EM. It would border on Senior Consultant or EM, depending.
