Entry level doing what? And not all MBAs are created equal.
There's a Harvard Business School/Wharton MBA and then there is a University of Phoenix MBA (no offense intended). Plus real world experience. I would want to see work history before I considered post BA/BS education. "Those who can, do. Those who can't do, teach. Those who can't teach, write books..."

Be picky on what MBA you get, and have a plan B if they pull funding randomly (as my employer did when I was halfway through my MBA)
Probably a given - Get the MBA in writing, all details; back up plan details, etc. Compensation to take the place of MBA if something happens, etc.

It wouldn’t say it’s good but that’s what they are willing to pay I’m at 55k with out consideration for a degree and I do have one. But that’s not bad if you have 0 hands on experience
