Need your inputs and suggestion regarding which company would be better to join in terms of career growth and opportunities in Data Engineer role.

All companies are giving offers around 18-20(Fixed +Variable).
YOE - 3.4 years
Tech Stack - SQL Server,SSIS,Azure ,ADF,ADB,Pyspark,Azure Synapse, SparlSQL
Bain & Company Currently making 188k TC, but have wanted to enter consulting for years. Is it worth it to pivot to consulting at the SC level? Or should I just stay in industry?EY Deloitte PwC Bain & Company McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Oliver Wyman KPMG Kearney Alvarez & Marsal
Can anyone from Autodesk let me know what should be the expected CTC for senior software engineer at Autodesk company.

Current CTC :25 LPA
Expected = ?
YOE= 8 years
Technology = java , devops , cloud, microservices....
Autodesk anyone from Autodesk employees can you please help me here .

Seems light for industry esp if you're in the triangle.
Seems low, even by my standards.
If first year senior then it maks sense
In Assurance but first year seniors in audit or tax in North Carolina typically make 64-70k depending on raleigh/Charlotte so that seems low for industry
Hmm 🤔 it’s a first year senior yes
Not great unless there are significant bonus or stock opportunities.
