From reading a number of books and listening to a number of podcasts about starting a business, one underlying factor they all share is to have deep passion for what you do. 24 yo looking for advice! Within the next few years I’d like to exit to industry but also live in Korea for ~1 year. Playing around with two options:

1. Quit job, study abroad, then find an industry job

2. Secure job at an international company, quit my job, try to transfer to korea office

I’d prefer option 1 but my biggest concern is it will be more difficult to find a job while unemployed (ie after study abroad). Nervous about how 1 year unemployed will impact future job prospects...
