This is not worth losing your job over. Learning conflict resolution techniques in the workplace may be helpful for you. You can’t control how other people treat you, but you can control your emotions, how you set boundaries, and how you respond to others. One of the facts of life is that you won’t get along with everyone you encounter in the world but lashing out at everyone you don’t like just leads to more problems and pain. Focus on your job and career goals, not the office drama.
I would ignore it and start planning my exit. I strongly believe that is the best way to go with this situation. As noted here, you probably can’t win
If they are having a negative impact on your job then it may be worth having a polite, professional, conversation. But if you feel like that is already out of the question then I would consider an alternative route. Some people will never be happy with anything and sometimes there’s nothing to do about it.
Sis, I will add that it is my beliefs, that one of the greatest skills in learning to manage your emotions. Specifically, your reactions. Honestly, it is still a struggle for me when being lied on in the work place but I know it is the best gift I can give myself.
