Is anyone else scared they’re aiming too low with their MBA schools? I don’t want to be unrealistic, but I also don’t want to sell myself short after everything I’ve done.

Anyone working working as a product design engineers/developesr. What would be some good technical skills to learn on the side while I do my day job right now. ( Such as code languages, or software, or certification). Do you have any other recommendations or personal experiences to share?

I am from Oregon I have been at my place of work for 9.5 years. I am a CMA. With this company I have been a Lead MA, Scheduler, Float Lead, surgery assistant. Basically the go to girl and been there done that. Currently I am Mohs Hisotech. I went to go ask my company for a rise and was instantly denied before I could ask for a raise. I make what I need to make. I make $28.78 and I know others make $30-$31 within the company. What should I do?

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor! I ended cutting my hand on an exacto knife and there was no first aid! Is this normal?
