I think cognizant has the worst HRs, like i dropped an email a couple of weeks ago to re-negotiate my offer but they didn't care to respond. Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Not sure if they promote it as remote - but I joined just about a year ago and have only gone into the office ~4 times. Each of those times was solely due to having social events afterwards, so really I would consider it “remote” work.
Haven’t been in much, but I’ve heard we aren’t looking to hire anyone fully remote (west coast)
