My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

If they offer you more money and a better position sure.
I went through the interview process with them, and I was left confused. I was given a marketing based cases study, which made me question what they were hiring for.
In this case it’s for the same band level
I wouldn’t suggest going to GEP for many reasons. If you’re interested in a positive culture, learning opportunities, fair pay, and objective promotion decisions, you should look elsewhere.
Looking at them too. What comp package are they offering?
Agree with Project Manager 1 - if you’re advancing and getting a pay bump it’s worth considering. One thing to keep in mind is at big 4 you have the opportunity to work on a larger breadth of projects where as at GEP your pigeon holed into supply chain.
I second EY1. I was a Sourcing/Procurement specialist at B4. From my learnings by chatting with someone at GEP you would get more interesting projects by staying at B4. GEP work seems more tactical and the firm is way smaller.
