Is HCL blindly giving 35% hike to CCTC? My CCTC has only 7% of my fixed salary as variable. But HCL is providing 12%. So my fixed salary increment is way low. I asked for 40-50% on fixed salary but getting low balled here I guess :(

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
