Is hot desking the worst new management trend out there? Yes! With our RTO mandate, our managers decided we were going hotdesk. Which was a major cluster mess in the beginning, and it wouldn't be uncommon for some people to come into the office to find the desk they booked was taken by someone else. Now, everyone has pretty much selected the desk they want and just reserves the same desks each day. Which ticks off the managers, so they are trying to roll out new rules to keep us from doing this

What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.

What is the average salary for an account manager in employee benefits at brokers firm? And what about a senior account manager salary? I have 7 years of experience in the health insurance industry. I want to see if I’m on track or if it would be out of line to ask for a raise.
