Taking this risk will make sense given the relatively early days of your career. You can learn in a startup as much in a year that takes you 2 or more years in a large organization. Please ensure that you are compensated well (close to 1.5 to 2 times of what an MNC would offer you) This is as per my personal experience though
Absolutely, 6 years into your career is actually the best time i would say- i assume at this stage you are mature enough to understand the culture of an organization and at the same time, your mind is open to unlearn old things and learn new ones. Joining a start up at experience levels of 10+ years is actually risky. At these experience levels (10+), you then start seeking WLB and job security.
And anyway, job market is in its boom and likely to remain so for atleast another year. So take your chances now
