Is it a lost cause? I was referred to Salesforce for a role in late November. I had 2 interviews in early December. I’ve been ghosted by the recruiter after multiple follow ups but the person I interviewed with was small talk chatty with me over LinkedIn early Jan.

Is there any way this job process is going to be revived or should I take the ghosting as the process is done? My status still says “in consideration” on workday.

Hi all. I just received an offer for $130k and will be eligible for about 29,000 shares of stock options. The vesting schedule is 1 year and then quarterly thereafter.

Wondering if it makes sense to apply for an Enterprise Architect (pre-sales) or a Senior Technical Architect role??
