Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Can’t hurt. It’s even better if you can get someone in the company to refer you to the recruiter
A big mistake people make is not responding back to every single LinkedIn message you received from a Recruiter even if it is as simple as a no thank you. Recruiters have insight into what percentage of LinkedIn messages you respond to, it’s within their portal. If they see that you have a low response rate, they’re less likely to message you, because LinkedIn provides them with a certain number of credits for outreach, and when you message them back, they receive that credit back. So it’s in the best interest to message those who have a high percentage of response.
Of course it is. What I’ve seen is that the people landing good jobs are the ones who don’t just sit back and apply, and then move on. You have to do these types of networking things. Outreach to recruiters and even hiring managers. Try for referrals. Ask other peer level employees at companies for insights on hiring teams, etc.
