Is it easier to get a FAANG offer if you’re coming from Big4/MBB?

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Currently a senior interested in consulting but a mix of coming from a non target and requiring sponsorship has me losing hope. Any recommendations on how to proceed with recruiting? I've been told only MBB will sponsor entry level consultants. I have both VC and Consulting experiences through internships.

I came across this company called 'My Consultation Offer' which takes expertise in training you for the above and have a 85% success rate. The package for interview prep, Bootcamp and case study prep is $3497. Should I take it? Don't wanna spend ages on youtube looking at wrong content and wasting time. Do titles in industry matter when exploring an exit? Which title seems better - Principal - Strategy or Senior Director - Strategy if everything else is equal.

I’ve done 18 months of internal sustainability work such as building our sustainability practice, initiatives to get B CORP, SBTI, tracked carbon emissions, company campaigns for sustainability awareness, sustainability strategy. I want to move into a sustainability consulting role. Which area of sustainability consulting should I look at? Are there any courses or certifications I should do?
