Is it frowned upon to email a recruiter directly with a resume for a referral. Had a friend apply with great experience but I don’t want the resume to get lost in the masses.

Don’t you love it when it takes two weeks for a recruiter to return your email but once they email you they want your response ASAP? Lovely people.

I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I think I bombed my final round today. Was taken a bit aback with a pure focus on numbers so took a bit of time solving it and in the end interviewer skipped one part of a chart cos she had to move on to other charts. The qualitative case part went well I think. Disappointed in myself!
