Is it good to switch from Deloitte to a mid tier firm like Brillio/Coforge/EPAM/Nagarro etc. ?

I mean I like the consulting culture and benefits, though sometimes onsite are lower..

I'm in a situation where I don't want to switch more, At least in the next 4-5 years I want to build my career and have a decent work life balance as well.

I would have probably preferred to stayback in Deloitte US or go to Consulting firms like KPMG/EY/Huron/Protivitti. May be lucky not working at this time.

How is the work culture and work life balance in ANZ?

Honestly, how bad are the hours at CMAAS? My firm is telling me I’m going to drown and I should stay if I value my WLB. I don’t know who to believe anymore.

I have got an offer from juniper for notice period of 2 months but my company notice period is 3 months. Initially HR confirmed via mail that revised offer letter will be shared post confirming doj. But now after 1 month juniper HR is not picking call/not responding to emails.

My wife and I both of us extremely busy execs with a heavy duty work schedule have an interesting dynamic: It doesn’t matter what time of the night but it’s usually 2,3,4,5 am - she wakes up and disregarding that I’m completely asleep wants action from me. I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.
