Is it harder for you to eat healthy or get exercise? These days it is harder for me to get adequate exercise because of my work schedule. I need to get motivated and start trying to hit the gym before work, but oftentimes the snooze button wins.

Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?

If anyone he has done extensive laser hair removal (I’m talking full body), how much did your treatments cost and was it worth it? I’ve always considered it but now that I’m in my mid-20s and 1. just don’t care about body hair as much as I used to and 2. am no longer showing as much skin as I did when I was younger and did sports that required it, I’m wondering if it’s worth spending all that money.

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.
