Do recruiters ever reply to any of these threads
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Nope it’s not. If they wanted to let you go while you were on PTO they would have. Just think about that.
Was in a similar position. Had a good relationship with my boss. Told them while I was on pto and they were cool about it, told me to wait till I got back to officially put in notice and to enjoy my pto.
⬆️ 💯 on this. I just believe it’s a respect thing for your immediate manager if you respect them to give them that heads up. When you ask for 15 minutes to chat, they’ll know what’s up
When are you back?
2 weeks is common courtesy. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense. Put in your notice when you are back, even if it’s less than 2 weeks.
