A little humor sprinkled in a resume. Yay? Nay?
Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

My wife started as an M at Accenture earlier this year coming from industry. I’ve never worked at Accenture or any b4, but I had to explain to her how up or out works. She also didn’t know that she came in with 24 months at level and what that meant. Really surprised none of this was communicated during hiring or by her manager.

That's out of the ordinary. Think you might want to let that one go - that's a lot of your time to spend when already employed full time. Pretty inconsiderate to your schedule
If it’s for a SM position, it’s probably just a problem with their internal decision making . It’s unlikely to change for you. If you really are interested, you can press for a decision, but it’s probably better to tell the recruiter you’re withdrawing from their trashmonkey process.
Agree with A1, is this for executive level position? Why so many people? Maybe management have problems with decision making, major red flag
Trashmonkey is a fantastic term. Never heard it before. I'm stealing it.
Must be interviewing for a CXO role
Actually this is for a Senior Manager position. Any idea how I can tell the recruiter know that this is getting too much and they need to make a decision...
On the other hand, I have withdrawn from processes that were taking too long because I realized that was symptomatic of a larger problem that they didn’t know how to run a business, nor would they respect me in my role
What level position?
This seems very out of the ordinary. I spent most of my career in industry and even for exec jobs never met with more than 4 - 5 people and most of the time they will coordinate them into the same several hour long time slot to be respectful of your time
Wait till you start working and need to get anything done - 50 people will need to approve
Really depends on how badly you want the job. Personally if I really wanted it I’d just bite the bullet and suck it up
