Nope, I’m about 4 years in and have been ghosted at least 3 times in the last month. That’s their loss and most times, you’ve dodged a bullet.

Yes, their behavior is not acceptable but common!
Sad to say, this has become the norm for in house recruiters.
Judging from LinkedIn posts, it seems they’re definitely busy getting new roles for themselves.
It really sucks that this is basically industry standard - but I feel a lot better knowing it’s not just me. Thanks y’all !
