9 month pregnant and not mentioning it? In the interest of a good future work relationship, this has to be brought up.
Open communication is everything.
As the interviewer, I would not want to learn this important fact “by casually seeing it”. I was pregnant twice, no one saw when I sat, by the way.
To the point, a quick 5 min break should never be a problem (pregnant or not). Maybe they are even grateful 😄 they are humans as well.
This is tough. I’m inclined to say ask for it - it’s what you need and ideally this organization would be accommodating of your situation which reflects how they would be if you accepted an offer from them. But there’s the risk of them using that against you which isn’t something that you’d want. But you might not want to work for a company that’d do that anyway.
They don’t need a reason. Just be firm with what you need. “I have a hard stop at 4” is better than “I have to drop at 4 to pick up my kids” not their business
Can you ask for 5 mins between interviewers for a break? No need to explain why
There are other reasons why people may need breaks - IBS, bladder control, etc. I think it would come up though if you have an offer or are talking about start dates or other accommodations for working parents
Yes, you should absolutely ask for a break between interviews. No, you don't need to explain that you're pregnant.
They usually ask if you need a quick break before the next one starts, so you can take advantage of it then. If not, ask them for it. They should be accommodating, pregnant or not.
This is a conversation you should have with the recruiter before ever speaking with the actual interviewer. If it’s a worthwhile company, they will have already asked if any accommodations are necessary
This is tricky. Don't they have to make accommodations in this circumstance?

No they don’t... they only have to mace accommodations if she’s an employee or if they chose not to hire her because she’s pregnant... if she can’t make the interview they put out there that’s not a pregnancy issue... my wife did a 4 hour standing lecture 9 months pregnant at a conference...
On the other hand if you tell them. And they make accommodations even though they don’t have to that speaks well to the companies standpoint on such items...
But telling them gives not being able to interview as a way out from hiring a new mother without recourse... complicated. But if they don’t make accommodations they probably aren’t a good place to work anyways...

Yes. If they can’t, you prolly don’t want to work there.
But I would be honest with them about you being at 9 months and thet it’s hard for you to sitting/in such a environment for that long. I would be surprised if anyone cannot emphatize
I believe under the law, pregnancy is considered and treated as a disability or handicap. It is classified as such to protect women and prevent employers from engaging in any shenanigans that discriminates against a pregnant applicant.

You can ask but I don’t see why they should give anyone special treatment. Rather I assume they’ll give you a 15 min break in the middle whenever you need it.
OP is applying for the same job and payment like everyone else, isn’t she?
I have been doing interviewing circles like that as the interviewer, and trust me it’s no fun for them either. Based on equality requirements, every candidate must be asked same or similar questions, so if someone in the middle needs a 15min break, what does it do to the interview and the rest of tightly scheduled interviews?
Option a) move everything else
Option b) give candidate less question (no we can’t do that, due to equality requirements)
Option c) candidate, please be upfront and honest about your situation BEFORE we schedule interviews, so we can accommodate to your situation.
Going back to my earlier point, I don’t consider it a start to a great work relationship not being open about this from the very beginning on.
Ask for a break between interviews. I drank so much iced coffee ahead of my interviews (2hrs) that I had to use the restroom while my interviewers were switching rooms... Every 30 minutes lol.
Also I’m surprised you haven’t mentioned that you’re pregnant. I guess so long as you’ve informed them that you’re not available to start until x date then it’s okay

Definitely— and I think you’ve got a great time to say why. Everyone has rolled with kids on Zooms, dogs barking, lawn services, and more during COVID. This morning, one call had three men on it and we all gave the “you may hear kids..” and “can we have a quick break?”
So telling someone you need a minute b/c you are 9 mo pregnant? What kind of jerk would resize that. Be pregnant and proud.
I guess it is a genuine ask and the employer must consider it. Somehow, if they negate to this request then it says alot about the culture.
Just curious... are you expecting to have your baby and THEN start the job or start the job and immediately need maternity leave?
Btw... asking for breaks shouldn’t be an issue and you shouldn’t have to give a reason.
