Is it okay to switch after 1.5 yrs of stay in a company ? I had 5 switches already in 9 yrs . Is that be an issue if i try for 6th one ?

Curious current folks, on both sides, perspective between Deloitte Cyber Risk and Accenture Security as a Senior Manager. Practice pipeline, future opportunities, type of work, forecast, promotion chances to MD/PPMD, etc.? A lot of my background is focused around Security Operations to give some context. Would you jump to Accenture from Deloitte, why? Any gotchas or strong opinions either way? Happy Holidays to everyone!
