Is it relevant for an SAP professional to get an AWS certification? Is it a good value add?

I recently got a GM role at a mid sized transportation company overseeing P&L ($30-35 million) for a dozen markets.

I didnt have any P&L responsibility before. Do you guys recommend doing alot of 1:1 with a mentor or taking a particular self taught course where I can brush up my skills?

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Has anyone been on keto on a long term basis? Like 3+ years? I’ve been on keto for a year, but don’t know if it’s the way to go from a long term perspective. Google results give me conflicting information health wise. Any firsthand knowledge and experiences would be beneficial.

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. Hello, I have been with the same company for 17 years. I am a supervisor for a laboratory in patient services. I worked my way up and currently have no degrees. Has anyone been able to work their way up in a company and then find a similar job with another company? I’m nervous that I’m stuck based on the fact that I don’t have a degree.
