Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.
Wil be grateful to you for the suggestions. Accenture Cognizant MindTickle Encora IBM Infosys

How long were you an SAE before promoting to AS?

What's true is that it's a low leverage model so director levels do everything
They’re also the biggest try hards out there. Absolutely useless
Yeah M1, but they get paid a shit ton. Like there directors make 400k total comp, so it’s worth it
Yes
A1 that’s a ton. Do you work there ?
I don’t, but a ton of people at my firm have left there so I have a general sense of their comp. they’ll pay top dollar for experienced hires
Recently had title changes. Consultant->VP->SVP->Director->MD
Pay is a little of a black box but happy with increases from my own experience. Bonuses are huge. Really hard to make MD but Directors can make a great living.
At what level do their MBA hires start?
D1 would you 400k total comp sounds right for director level? I’m at ATK and a few leaving principles made that there in there first year all in.
Thanks A1 and D1 for the insight.
Other than not a well known brand what is the negative? It’s hard to make partner everywhere so won’t take it as negative. Does flat staffing means the Director focuses on a project rather than multiple?
A1, sounds right for certain directors. I am not there but in a different practice than strategy or restructuring. I think they make more so that does sound right. There is no set scale though. Each individuals comp is based on their experience.
Op, depends on the group, but strategy and restructuring generally only have one project at a time.
