Is it worth working on a contract with Deloitte? For those who have been in contract roles, is there a good chance to transition to a permanent position? Any advice on how to make that happen.

By flexible I mean in terms of moving between positions, companies and technologies.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile.
