Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. No. I’d rather my analytics peeps know SQL and Python/R. BI is BI and not analytics.

It’s essential like learning sql. Everyone we staffed on our project has had some exposure to tableau. I would add it to my toolkit and use it when necessary. Given the current job situation, if I were you, I would build skills that are in demand.
Not having visualization experience could be a hindrance. I fought it for a while, but finally came around. Although data and numbers looks clear as day to us, many times it's a hindrance for the end user. Visualization helps with buy-in from the end user.
