Same but with cars too. I have champagne tastes and beer pockets. Hopefully I can find something that’s miller high life the Champagne of beers.
I unfortunately really like homes valued at around $4m
We call that “expensive taste” in my family haha. Only it’s not limited to houses.
😂 lol. I’m cracking up. This is a good one.

Same. Also add watches to the list
My hidden talent is getting approved for mortgages and having a talent for finding houses that are nice in an up and coming area, suffering from indecision and lack of confidence in my ability to hold a job so I ended up not buying.
I've done this multiple times since 2017, multiple homes I looked at in fla for 100- 200k are now 800k+ (not miami)
Where I currently live most homes I looked at for 200k are now 600k - 1 million+
Looked at some homes in small Arizona suburb that are also quadrupled in price.
It feels bad, I don't want a recession but it's the only way I'll be able to afford something now.
No one in my family has ever owned a home either so it's scary out here 😐.

With a looming recession either buy immediately or wait till everyone agrees real estate is dead (4-12 years). These things go in cycles. My first house was at 9% interest with a second mortgage at 12%. That was normal then, but my house was worth a lot less since people afford a payment, not a price.
