Is my thinking accurate? Avoid this role?

I got contacted by a recruiter who has a director of strategy role within a PE backed company (ie/ one of their portfolio companies).

I'm hesitant because PE firms imho and experience with previous clients, tend to load their portfolio companies with debt and then sometimes they blow up, like one of my previous clients this year lol

Deloitte recruiter reach out on a role I’m not interested in but instead I would like to be consider for another role at Deloitte will it hurt to tell them that? What are the chances to be considered

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm doing patent work. I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). Do I try to stick it out at the firm while getting the masters, ask for a reduced hours schedule, or get a part time, non-legal job so I can focus more on the program (one year).

Received an offer from Deloitte consulting SC - comp just slightly higher than now. Did well with a FAANG and was told by HM that he is trying to get funding to hire me but it will take up to 8 weeks or sooner. Should I wait for FAANG or just go for D as SC? Currently manager at PWC - TC 180.

That would be a lateral move for me in terms of level which be okay if at least it was a good pay increase but Their quoted pay range for the lower level would make it almost a lateral move financially too..

I was a Manager at a Big4 doing PM fed work earlier this year. I decided to join a small firm to pursue cloud sales. However, the position is extremely technical in nature and I'm required to speak tech ( kubernetes, openshift, CICD) to potential clients.
While I have learned from the exposure, I dont intend to continue in a tech role & looking to exit. I'm thinking of Customer/ Partner Success Manager roles with one of the CSPs. Are there other non tech cloud exit opps in industry to consider?

Do titles in industry matter when exploring an exit? Which title seems better - Principal - Strategy or Senior Director - Strategy if everything else is equal.

My coworker that I am assigned multiple projects to work with does work worse than a low performing analyst. She has 20+ years of experience in this work and cannot even keep track of action items even though I write notes and list action items after our meetings. I wanna pull my hair out.
