Is Nashville downtown like the mini-me of chicago or NYC (walkable to groceries, restaurants, etc)? i tried getting the vibe of east nashville and it didn't feel like it despite the realtor saying it is (many walkable areas, don't necessarily need a car). any insights to other neighborhoods that fit the chi/nyc vibe (mini version)?
