Hello fishes,i have two offers, one is from Cognizant- Senior Associate for 22LPA(fixed) and EY GDS - Assurance, Technical Lead (rank 42) for (23 Lpa + 10% Variable). Which one should I choose? Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?

Sounds like Booz Allen. Our recruiters are so incompetent we don’t use them until we’ve made our selection. We run our search and trial period through subcontractors.
I had a poor experience dealing with IFS (internal firm services) at PwC while recruiting. They set a phone interview meeting invite with a classmates phone number. The interviewer left them a voicemail for me. Then the final round invitation had a different classmates salutation included. Finally I have them one sate out of three that I could not make and the originally scheduled me for the conflicted date. All in all, everything was sorted out and went fine. You have to understand that the people you’ll be working with will likely be much more competent and there is a reason why the support staff makes half of what the advisory staff does

IFS had huge layoffs last year and is a complete joke in every way... HR, Talent, IT, everything.
They are the worst HR in the business. They are also the subject of many internal jokes within the firm.

I am not sure what else to do other than call or txt this person. I don’t even have their email. Just office and cell phone. Super frustrating and a turn off from what I believe is a great company
