There is a huge argument regarding buying a home 3bhk. Even my parents are supporting my brother but I'm saying no as we only have 15 lpa in hand and don't really want to pay EMI for 20 years. I was saying if we buy a home it will be tough for children's education (could be 4 in future) but they are not understanding it. Looking for 1.10 cr appartment. Is it wise to pay emi for next 20 years?
